COVID-19 – REDUCED SERVICES
Considering the COVID-19 situation, we have made important decisions for the well-being of all.
Please make notes that the following changes. Starting on March 23rd, we will only take emergency. We will be open for food and prescriptions. We suggest having your order ready by contacting us 24h ahead.
Please use a different method of payment than cash.
Upon arrival, disinfect your hands with the gel available at the counter.
DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC IF:
- You have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough or respiratory difficulties
- You have returned from a trip or have been in contact with someone who has returned from a trip in the past 14 days or less
- You have been in contact with someone who has flu-like symptoms
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
We will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
We have implemented some measures to be able to make decisions regarding your animal’s health if you can’t come at the clinic.
APPOINTMENT: – Only one person per appointment – You will be contacted to reschedule any non-urgent appointment.
PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL: – Renewals have to be made by phone, email or text messaging – Allow 24h for all pre-authorized prescriptions – Allow 3 to 5 days for special orders Delay may be bigger for some products.
SURGERY: All routine surgery is cancelled and will be reschedule. – You will be contacted to reschedule your appointment.
